Trees need to be trimmed from time to time. Sometimes to cut them back when they extend too far into the road or other places where branches are not wanted. This was the case with this task, which our aerial platform coped with very well.
It was used to trim trees in Květná street in Plzeň. Thanks to our machine this was a very quick, efficient, and, most importantly, safe task.
To help our client trim the trees we chose a Genie articulated boom lift , specifically the Z 62/40. This is a very agile machine that can reach a maximum working height of 20.87 metres. At the same time, however, it has an outstanding horizontal reach of up to 12.42 metres. Owing to the 227 kg maximum load capacity on the platform this machine enables more people to work on it, and thus help one another out.
The entire job went very smoothly and the lift enabled the workers to reach the branches they needed to get to.
